Notes:
There are things that cast great shadows. Maybe an oracle under veil, or the subjective truth that sought our ear. Whatever it be, it is now yours to decipher. And you shall carry these words onward. This batch is a new exposition of hopped. As always, made with Barley and Oats and fermented with West Coast yeast. This time we double dry-hopped with 2020 hand-selected Mosaic and Strata. Expect a more tropical selection of pineapple jujubes, tropical berry skittles, and passionfruit sorbet.

Poured from the bottle into a taster cup.
Slightly hazed and opaque, giving to a slight dull yellow, even hinting a bit brown and murky. Head creation is very good, solid rich white and clumpy easily pushing three fingers and with big IPA like staying power.
Delicious aroma. Hop forward with a light malt backbone presence. Soft green sweet herbs, mixing with a chewy sweet sensing malt. Touches mild floral also.
Palate sticks simple. Light bodied but enough backbone to give a decent chew and support. Hop light green on faint mint herbs and touching a little bit of pine. Finishes with a soft bitterness, and even some earthy tones.
The aroma hints at something special , but the brew just sticks to solid pale ale goodness.

Predictions in the beer world can be hard, but with the liberal use of Strata and Mosaic hop Burial's Pale Ale will be a sure win.
Pale golden and straw, the hazy Prophetmaker sheds a bright white froth and an aroma value of tropical fruit, berry and herb. As its mild sweetness skirts the tongue, a hint of wafer, tea cookies and a hint of sweet dough frame a malty upstart.
As its creamy and smooth malts start to relax, the middle palate becomes a story of those hops and their premiere tropical flavors of pineapple and passionfruit with hints of kiwi and under ripened mango for extra measure. White grape, gooseberry and blackcurrant wrap up the hop flavors before the beer trends balanced with herbal, tea-llike, sprucy bitterness.
Freshly grassy, lightly botanical and almost minty, the Pale Ale finishes bittersweet with the focus on hop flavor. A medium length aftertaste is herbal with tropical fruit peel and a peppery hop bite.

The bad, it is only 5.3%. The good: Color is typical golden, with a white head that left nice lacing. Nose is citrus with dankness. Taste was also citrus, dank and bitter. Very good pale ale.

On tap, 12 ounce serving in a Pilsner glass.
Hazy and pale lemon yellow in color. A near 1f white cap drops to a thin film and leaves web lacing.
It smells like a mix of pine tree, light citrus, and dankness.
Tropical fruit flavors up front. Pale malt, a bit mineral like, some pine oats.
Very light body. Pine hop and citrus bitterness. Dry finish.
Hoppy and bitter at 5.3% abv sounds good to me.
