India Pale Ale with Coconut and Lime
They may be excremental particles of times better spent. But still they define the brilliant interweaving of the finer days, and the people who lifted them up. A modern communication, vocalized through the lens of our well-missed friends at Cloudwater Brew Co. Made with macaroon coconut and fresh lime zest, and whirlpooled with Incognito. Double dry-hopped with Motueka, Cashmere, Sabro, and a dose of Idaho 7 Cryo.

16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a hazy murky yellow with a one finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- heavy lime zest on the nose with undertones of grapefruit zest, tangerine, green melon, white grape, kiwi and a hint of mint
T- zesty lime up front is followed by notes of tangerine, grapefruit, mango and cantaloupe. Mid-palate gives notes of cedar wood and coconut. The finish gives more lime zest with a linger of cedar wood and tangerine
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish
O- a unique flavor profile, the savor really stands out
