Notes:
There is nothing but the longing. Yet a comfort in the silence. So we step into the ether. And something still remains. Something of your own design. A collaborative mirth riffed on with our friends, Deserta. Whirlpooled with the classic Heavy Resin combo of Incognito and Cryo. Double dry-hopped with select Citra, Motueka, Simcoe, and Centennial.

A: Pours a milky murky bright pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale orange + bright yellow + bright orange + honey colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/grapefruit pith + tropical/mango + herbal + dank pine/resin hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/grapefruit pith + tropical/mango + herbal + dank pine/resin hops which impart a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness as well as some light lingering citrus pith hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasant mouthfeel with some crispness and some soft/fluffiness with a dry finish. Enjoyable with citrus + citrus/zest + citrus/pith + tropical + herbal + resinous hops. Subtle but slightly building bitterness. Kind of a hybrid of a West Coast IPA + NEIPA.
