Made with oats and wheat. Triple saturated in the whirlpool with Mosaic Incognito and 2021 harvest hand-selected Mosaic Cryo. Double dry-hopped with 3 different lots of hand-selected Mosaic, grown in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, and dusted with that same killer new Mosaic Cryo.

Appearance: Pours with a bubble show building a two finger head; the liquid beneath is a cloudy goldenstraw; clumps of lacing
Smell: Pineapple and blueberry tones with hints of lime and kumquat
Taste: Berry and pineapple flavors with cake malt tones forward; through the middle, some lime enters into the profile and, after the swallow, there is some kumquat bitterness that lingers into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Lots of Mosaic here and it brings some nice flavors

Look - Bright thick yellow with a nice white head and sticky lacing
Smell - orange citrus resin oat
Taste - about the same as the smell
Feel - medium body with a lighter carb
