We crafted this Czech-inspired offering with Bohemian Pilsner malt and a touch of Vienna. Delicately hopped with Saaz and HBC 1134 before enjoying cold conditioning in our lager tanks.

Look: It pours golden with a bit of clouding. It has a white head with medium head retention.

Smell: There are some bread aromas with floral elements and a flowery note to it.

Taste: It has some bready flavors with pils malt sweetness. It also has floral elements with herbal touches. In addition it is a bit flowery.

Feel: It has a medium body with light bitterness and a crisp finish.

Overall: The clarity isn't there, but the beer has the flavors and aromas of a quality pils.

Picked up a single from the Burial South Slope cooler on 6-20-25 for $4.00. No canning date (but an Untappd reviewer indicated 4-11-25); consumed 7-31-25. Cold stored since purchase.

Beer poured clear gold with a beautiful long lasting white head.

Nose is white crackers with a touch of herbal hops.

Taste is a pale malt base that yields a white crackers and cereal dominated on the front end. Back end brings a balancing hop that gives a black pepper flavor and leaves an ever-slight touch of bitterness on the back of the palate; 6/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and refreshing.

Overall, this is a pretty good brew, just lacks the pop and oomph that other brewers bring with this style.
