12 ounce bottle retrieved from North Carolina and served in a lager glass.

Appearance: Surprisingly clear for an unfiltered beer. Amber-yellow body. Modest size white head has good retention and leaves decent lacing.

Aroma: Suggests more hops than malts, with hints of pepper and citrus.

Flavor: Malt dominated up front with the hops quite subtle until the finish and aftertaste. Slightly bitter, herbal and lemony.

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Finish dry and crisp.

Overall: A refreshing, somewhat bready lager beer that should work well with many foods.

A shade deeper than pale gold with a receding half inch head..A cover stuck around and deposited a decent amount of lace,

Smell and taste were both pleasant..Mouthfeel was not as thin as I thought it might be..Overall a crisp, refreshing brew for any time of the year.

Standard lager taste, not much going on but nothing disagreeable, either.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a slightly cloudy yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is slight citrus hops. The taste follows the nose.

12/30...clear blackish gold, ring of white foam sits on top. Notes of straw hay and grass. Smooth citrus taste, light lemon. Cris finish, citrus close. Nice bite. Solid opener.

Poured into a goblet. Had on-tap.

A- Pours a clean light Amber color with a 1/8 inch head that Bears little retention time before becoming a thin ring around the edge of the glass and a sheer spackle of surface foam in the center. Semi-resilient lacing leaves small clots behind.

S- Tame aroma of grainy malt and a slight alcohol edge.

T- Decent bready malt character with minimal hop bitterness and a clean finish. Slightly sweet with a faint booze aftertaste.

M- Crisp and clean with medium carbonation and a light body.

O- Pretty good for what it is: a refreshing, easygoing lager that quenches the thirst but also provides some flavor.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down, leaving a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cracker malts are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of cracker malts. No bitterness is perceptible, but there are just enough underlying hops to mask any sweetness from the taste.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is easy to drink and has a nice malt body.

A nice lite little lager with a golden finish, a thin head comes out of the pour that dissipates immediately, high carbonation. It tastes like a well made lager, well balanced, A tinge of sweetness in the yeast combats a bitter aftertaste. I would buy this again.
