Reviewed from notes. Had at Three Palms tasting room. Served in a snifter.

A: Moderately hazy, fairly dark gold. Forms a thin white head on top of low visible carbonation.

S: Funk and tropical fruit, mostly guava and pineapple, and light cracker malts.

T: Light and refreshing flavors - tropical fruits, mango and guava, cracker and two-row malts, some restrained barnyard and funk. Light citrusy flavors on the back end. The hang is musty funk, but not overdone.

M: Light body, good carbonation sensation, and almost no detectable alcohol.

O: Tasty and drinkable - but ultimately fails to be truly outstanding in the field of wild ales. It seems to fall in the middle - not terribly fruit-forward, not overly tart, but lacks a depth to the funk. Still, worth a try for sure.
