My wife and I stopped for dinner and beers on our way home. Interesting décor with a variety of booths, high top tables and benched and stand alone tables plus a D bar. The Wurst refers to the variety of homemade bratwurst style sausages made on site. I had a burger with a wurst on it, on a salted pretzel bun. My wife had a standard burger and thought it excellent. Fresh not frozen meat and very tasty. I selected the value to be " a bit pricey" but not overly so considering the quality.

The beer selection was far better then I had expected. Many Michigan breweries were represented along with beers from California, Colorado, New York, etc. Also some yellow beers. lol I had a couple of Right Brain IPAs recommended by the very knowledgeable server. She told me they also have a very good selection of whiskeys.

My 4.75 rating for selection is based on the beer selection. The food selection is a little limited, but there is enough variety to not get bored eating there on a regular basis and, if the other food is as good as what we had, the quality makes up for it. A place we will definitely revisit soon.

Great place for artisan-style house made sausages and beers. Many great tap selections go well with the food. Awesome gastro-pub style menu, try the rattlesnake-chorizo bratwurst on a pretzel bun, with just about any beer. A must-stop in Ypsilanti.

Love this place and the variety of specials. You cant go wrong with $2 craft drafts on fridays. I went to a pretty insane bourbon barrel takeover here a few months ago and it was awesome. Staff and owner are great. Food is delicious. Where else can you get rattlesnake chorizo or peanut butter on your burger? (trust me, try it) Definitely an eclectic and fun place.

Been here several times now, It’s located in the shadow of the Ypsi water tower, across from the EMU campus.20 taps with Michigan micros (Bells’ Greenbush), US micros ( Great Lakes New Belgian ) nice mix . They always do a good job with the beer selection. Interesting decor kind of random, parts really retro, other parts...Staff are nice and friendly, Ypsilanti is a low key area, unpretentious, good mix of people in the bar. Food is pretty good burgers, brats etc. Tasty. They run great drink specials Friday and Saturday nights. Friday $2 for craft beer after 8 PM, great deal, one of the best values in the county. Last time had 2 great lakes, a bells, and a Lagunitas for ...$8!

Love at first site!! The beer list is awesome, the food is awesome, the music is awesome, the specials are awesome! The decor works because it’s the wurst bar! I found out they deliver too!! I’ve been here about 6-7 times so far, and my guests and I have had a great experience every time!!
