I recently had "Nice to meet you" from Les Brasseurs du Grand Paris a local brewery at l'academie la biere in Paris (reputed to have the best mussles in Paris). I thought it was a pretty good.
Look: cloudy golden with a large fluffy white head
Aroma: bread, mango, grapefruit, pine resin
Taste: The flavor is bread, sweet bread, mango, grapefruit, and pine resin, dank.
Feel: light to medium body

Dated May 17, so slightly past it's prime.
L -- Pours a nice golden orange with a frothy/creamy looking just-off-white head with consistent sized bubbles.
S -- Dank, mango, apricot, with a slight malty sweetness. Not pungent, but given the age, quite impressive.
T -- Follows the nose precisely. Warmth brought out more of the maltiness, probably thanks to hop fade, but very enjoyable. Probably wonderful when consumed fresh, as the hoppy notes are very nicely balanced.
F -- Nicely carbonated. Smooth, full mouthfeel.
O -- A very good beer. It's a nice change of pace from all the NEIPA's that are released on a daily basis in NYC, reminding me I should drink more west coast IPAs to get back to the bitterness.

Pours an opaque orange with small head, little lacing. Smells of mango and grapefruit, with some malts hidden beneath.
Tastes follows the nose, with a very strong bitterness up front; it also brings a touch of bread and orange, and there's a light sweetness to it that balances everything nicely.
It feels somewhat rich and very quenching, with nice medium carbonation.
Overall a very nice experience -- but the harsh bitterness may not be to everyone's tastes.

Vibrant orange color. White head with lace.
This is a dank and weedy dipa. Massive hop bomb. Very resiny. Very sticky. Very bitter.
It is good for what it is, but I am not a fan of the weedy IPAs. I'd rather have some tropical or fruit flavors.

On tap at La Fine Mousee in Paris. A weird DIPA, more of a single. Odd glue smell.

poured clear copper very large white foam head
upon opening I got a huge waft of orange and some carmel notes probably from the big malt presence.
big malty taste and of citrus and a hop hit to my senses too
big mouthfeel because of the malt and with the finish too, malt everywhere!
French double ipa ! good malt and citrus . if in the U S A , I would buy here and there and that's good.

This is from a nice local brewery located just outside of Paris. This is their most hopped up offering from what I was told. You can definitely feel the hops on this one. Nice mouthfeel, quite malty. Definitely had the characteristics of a good IPA.
