Solid Stout no Guinness but honestly what is....I enjoyed the imperial nice taste smell and gives you a nice smooth buzz that you don't feel the next day I'd drink it again

On tap at the brewery. Served in a snifter.

Appearance - Black. Inky black. Small khaki head. Leggy.

Smell - Coffee and dark chocolate. Really roasty.

Taste - Some sweetness up front and then an unyielding roasty bitterness. Strong coffee and a minimal dark chocolate. Bitter in the finish.

Mouthfeel - Heavy. Intensely roasty. Medium carbonation.

Overall - Impressive stout. Maybe too roasty, but I don't find fault in that.
