Introducing Hop Stimulator, an IPA we've dosed with so much hops that drinking one is downright transformative. Resinous alpha and beta acids intertwine with a muscular all-malt body to create a beer that's so bold, it's... it’s... MONSTROUS!

Hazy amber color with a thin thick head with medium retention.
Nice aroma with notes of pine, passion fruit, mango, caramels, stone fruit and grapefruit.
Flavor with notes of pine, mango and apple juice, stone fruit, orange marmalade, grapefruit citrusy, caramel and toasted malts, tea leaves, resin, melon and strawberries Dry and bitter aftertaste. Strong but relatively behaved considering its 75 IBUs.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 9.5% is quite well disguised.
Piney and resiny DIPA with citrusy and vaguely tropical notes on the background. Very complex with flavor changing from intake to swallow and aftertaste.

This DIPA has a bit of a different taste than most. May be a bit of piney taste w a sweeter finish. Very good DIPA and would like to try it off the tap.

Not sure what it is, but I like this beer. It is different from other IIPA'S I have had in some manner. Possibly it is that there is a background sweetness to it that I would not normally associate with the style.

This beer pours a cloudy amber color. The head is 1 finger, white, frothy. The retention is moderate, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The nose is very aggressive with hops. Pine aroma from the hops.
Taste - Very aggressive hops. Pine is the flavor. Don't get any citrus in the hops. Don't really get any malt Hops is the flavor.
Feel is thick, and the hops are quite sticky. They linger for a long time in my throat, and I feel them all the way down.
Damn good DIPA. Top notch, and a pleasure to try.
