Juicing Room pours pretty slick, slappy stark black with a mild tan foam that quickly recedes to a moderate collar.
Wow, bourbon is strong on the nose at first--I was not expecting that after my experiences with some of their other BA beers. However, the oak also contributes maple and vanilla, on top of the aromas of nougat, peanut butter and faint dark chocolate. Blueberry skins become apparent as it warms.
Chocolatey sweet malt and bourbon oak quickly transition to maple and vanilla on the palate with a fresh blueberry pie filling finish. Despite the instant recognition of bourbon on the nose, this does not taste hot at all.
Feel is slick and sticky, moderately thin, with a fine soft fizz and a semi-dry finish.

Thanks to JLindros for sharing this bottle.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark brown almost black hue with a thin mocha head.
S - Aromas of light chocolate and caramel, some malt roast, good bourbon barrel notes and juicy bourbon. Very subtle blueberry.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Some jammy blueberry notes, nice juice berry notes. Light chocolate, solid bourbon notes. Quite pleasant and inviting.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, creamy, bit on the thin side.
O - Overall this was a rather solid beer, however, I've had much better from Funky Buddha.

Huge thanks to my wife for getting this in Florida, shared with rudzud
Light fizzy head decent legs, no lacing, pretty much pitch black
Nose big dark malt roasted malt dark choc etc, cocoa, malted milk ball, little caramel, milk dud, little barrel spices and cookie dough, mild blueberry, blueberry chocolates, syrupy
Taste more dark choc, cocoa, coffee syrup roast, little candy, cookie dough notes, baking spices from the barrel, little toasted oak barrel and flashes of bourbon, light blueberry skin, hint of booze, juicy somehow, jammy blueberry comes more as it goes.
Mouth is med to heavier bod, light on carb, very little booze.
Overall I really wanted more blueberry, and base beer is ok but not great, very little barrel and blueberry, for funky Buddha this is ok at best
