Appearance: The hazy honey-colored liquid arrives with a modest cap that disappears in a blink without leaving a trace behind
Smell: Vague fruit elements, including green apple and a hint of sour berry and, of course, banana
Taste: Up front, the green apple flavor sprints out, joined by the hint of sour berry; the banana flavor builds by mid-palate and reaches its apogee just after the swallow, though it is again obscured in the moderately sour finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with low carbonation; somewhat puckery
Overall: Not an intensely sour beer, the flavor profile is readily accessible to a wide range of drinkers; other than the flaccid mouthfeel, I rather enjoyed it
