Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a one-finger foamy head. Smells of lime zest. Vanilla cream and Graham cracker. Tastes of tart lime, cream and Graham cracker. Medium-light body, moderate carbonation

I picked up a 6-pack of cans at my local Publix for $12. It tastes like a very sour lime soda with a hint of beer. The lime flavor is really strong. It was interesting to try. But I wouldn't drink it often.

Pours a semi cloudy gold color with a ½” of off-white foam, active micro-bubbles, even hold with some spotty lacing in the glass. Aromas of fresh lime peel, pale malts, doughy pie crust, biscuit, light lactobacillus funk, mild sugary sweetness, touch of vanilla and subtle hint of salt. Taste is tart lime juice, sour wheat, semi grassy hay, pinch of sea salt, very subtle cinnamon spice, and mild vanilla. Mouthfeel is crisp, thin body, prickly carbonation and a juicy finish with mild lingering wheat and a touch of vanilla mixed with tart lime zest. Overall flavor is pretty close to a ‘Key Lime Pie’ taste; it’s refreshing to drink and very sessionable, not too tart of overly sweet. It could use a dollop of whipped cream on top to make it 100%

Gold slightly hazy pour. Small white head that quickly fades. No lacing after the heads settles. Slight funk, lime and biscuits. Tart and crisp. Funk lingers. Lawnmower beer if there every was one. Definitely enjoyable and tasty. Recommended.

Golden pour with light haze. Normal head volume and retention, poor lacing.

Light nose that has hints of lime and the barnyard aspect of the lactobacillus. Nothing really exciting. Consequently only a good rating.

Light body with hints of oily slickness on the finish. Quite outstanding carbonation / body balance. Mid-palate effervescence is lively. The finish is short of rollicking but gives a nice prickly tightly bubbled finish.

The flavor profile is outstanding. There is no bitterness to speak of. However, it is quite tart. Lime is the main, and dominate, flavor component. The middle has the lightest touch of biscuit and an even lighter touch of underlying sweetness. Underneath the lime, the barnyard funk of lactobacillus is rather evident and is the second most powerful component. Lime and laco funk linger.

Overwhelming lime taste. Pie is misleading- bottle describes it as ‘flavored tart ale’ which is far more accurate. Bottle also describes as berliner-style wheat ale with key-lime juice- it is not that berlinerish. Tastes like ale with strong lime flavor.
