Situated on Rt 7 north of Great Barrington. Great selection of craft beers along the back wall, with a cooler that extends the full length. Every time I stop there I spend way more time than planned as there are so many interesting beers to chose from. They have an excellent selection of Massachusetts breweries; some are so small that I 'm amazed that they are canning their beers. On my most recent trip I bought a 4 pack of 1pint cans of Sweden's Omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar, an Imperial IPA, rated the top beer in Sweden by several sources ($15) and a 4 pack of 1 pint cans of Wandering Star Loopy Juice DIPA ($13). Wandering Star is a tiny brewery in Pittsfield run by a husband and wife team. I could have bought 10 more unusual, hard to find beers if I had the money to do so! Definitely worth a stop if you are traveling thru Great barrington.

 

So I had to give this one a review. We were hitting a local distillery and he recommended here for all forms of alcohol. It really doesn't look much from the outside but wow the selection on the inside rivals almost any place I have been. They had a number of rares and overall a nice selection of hard-to-finds. Prices were on the high side for some but reasonable for others. Also, amazing bourbon options (at a high price). Overall if you are in the area, stop here, you wont be disappointed.

 

Great representation of craft breweries from west to east. Many, many highly rated beers (ratebeer 94 - 100). Large selection of bombers and craft 4-packs. Entire store-long wall of cooler, with traditional fare. Always hit this place and never have seen such an expansion of variety: Clown Shoes? Seriously. Grabbed a bunch.
