Quest is only about a few miles off the highway in Greenville. You'd think Google Maps has got you going in the wrong direction, but nope. The small taproom is at the end of an industrial park next to a storage facility. We went and they had a small food truck selling local produce and food. There is a small outdoor seating area. Inside, it's very small and somewhat dark. They have a merch room and you can see all the brewing tanks. It was fairly crowded at 4:00PM on a Saturday.

The beer itself is great. They have their year round staples, but some seasonal or one offs. You can grab a pint, do a flight, or get some beer to go in growlers. Also, they sell their canned beers. I look forward to stopping by here again when I'm in town for a couple beers before heading downtown.

Very friendly atmosphere. I went on a dreary afternoon but once I entered the bar I forgot all about the weather. Bartenders are helpful and willing to give recommendations. They are talkative if you want someone to shoot the breeze with, but if you would rather just sip your brew and keep to yourself no one will be bothering you. Highly recommended, I greatly enjoyed my time here.

3/14/15 visit.

Like most small breweries, Quest is located in an industrial park and off the beaten path. While most breweries opt for the abandoned warehouse or the like, Quest converted a small one story brick building that used to house something which I do not recall (the brewmaster mentioned it, but that was after I had a few brews). Once inside, the tap room is done very nice, with a fifteen foot long bar, some high top tables, and a small stage.

They have about ten beers on tap, plus a cask. The day I went was the release of their Melisine Biere De Garde (not my thing) and they had a special blueberry version on tap. Their core beers are their BPA, Smoked Porter, IPA, and coffee stout. They make a barrel aged porter and coffee stout as well. Beers were good, their IPA is fantastic, the BPA is very well done, the porter was good but nothing to write home about. The star of their lineup is the Kaldi Coffee Stout. My lord, this makes Terrapin WnB taste like the sewage water that Luke, Han, Leia, and Chewbacca were wading in on the Death Star in the trash compactor scene. Its THAT good, and I love WnB. The tap room also has a nice selection of merch and to-go brews, including shirts, tulip and pint glasses, soap, beer steins, and the like. They have their core beers and some barrel aged bottles for sale as well.

Brewmaster does the tours, and does a very good job. He is very passionate about his craft and it is evidenced by their brews. Overall, a nice place that is doing a great job of putting Greenville craft beer on the map.

Decent selection of year round, specialty and seasonal releases...the tasting room is a bit cold and uninviting, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable...the beer is average at best

Visited back in August 2013. Great venue, although like most new breweries located in an industrial part of town. Very personable and friendly staff. Head brewer was on site to give a brief tour and talk shop with all the home brewer. Great experience!

We visited this brewery today after trying a few of their beers at local growler filling stations. They haven't been there long but the place is very nice. Extremely clean, very new looking, and they had 6 beers on tap. Some really tasty brews to choose from. They do short tours which are always interesting. Also had some nice merchandise for sale. No food but some brought their own and they said food trucks come by. Music inside and out depending on the weather. Owner and workers were affable guys and informative.

I will definitely be back.

The building is unremarkable but the atmosphere inside is great. A stage is available for live music, a big screen for sports and lots of seating and bar space. Very cozy. The brewmaster is very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Still a smaller brewery but they are ambitious to grow. They have a great product. Their IPA and coffee stout are worth trying.
