Light fizzy head, hazy orange amber color
Nose super honey, little caramel candy, hint toasty malt, pure honey comb.
Taste quite sweet, lots of honey, honey comb, Belgian yeast esters little fruity ester, Belgian spices from the yeast too. light phenolic, light grainy malt, syrupy caramel toffee. Finish is sweet and little sticky, lots of honey, malt bitterness.
Mouth is med bod, little sticky, lighter carb.
Overall ok, nice yeast Belgian tripel flavors, so much friggen honey and pretty sweet. Surprised at the nice Belgian characters and honey flavors anda romas, but too sweet.

Poured on-tap at The Tap, the beer was served in a nonic pint. The beer is a hazy, caramel-nut coloring with a frothy, filmy, white head. Nose of subtle honey sweetness, with hints of bubblegum, clove, and other Belgian funk. Flavors of rich, darkly sweet, old world fruit, with a heavy date and fig character. Robust and rich, with earthy tones. Wow! Honey is a highlight at best, which works well. Bready character blends in to balance. This is a chewer. Smooth, full body with a rich, darkly sweet aftertaste. Smooth finish, with a sweet and boozy linger. Heavy, and damn tasty.
