Boutique beer, wine and booze distribution spot..
Friendly and informative fella behind the counter is always a plus.
Beer options trend towards a bunch of hazy/juicy tall cans, which is fine with me...plenty of locals..and add in regionals and national heavy weights .... worthy spot...quality selection abound..you will find worthy options in this establishment

Stopped in on our way out to Grand County 6-12-20 to pick up an online order.
The store itself seemed pretty well ordered but i did not carouse since i was picking up.
Quality of the beers was outstanding as there were a lot of beers from Belgium i have not seen plus a lot of Belgian inspired brews from domestic brewers from across the country.
Service was very good as the folks were very friendly and answered my questions. Online store front was very cool and seems to be tied to an active inventory system which reflects what truly is in stock.
Selection of hard to get beers was very good as noted above. Plus they occasional receive Russian River drops every 4-6 weeks. I missed Pliny and Blind Pig by a week but did pick up STS Pils which i heard is very good.
Parking is not easy on Tennyson street which is the only drawback. Otherwise check this place out for a different selection of beers if you are visiting from out of state!

This is a fairly small establishment that has a very good selection of high quality beers. The attendant was very knowledgeable and very helpful once I expressed an interest in specific types of beers. I was very pleased with this location and the staff

First off I gotta say the custom designed wine shelves they have are super cool. The store looks great and is in a really cool area of town. They have two full walls of coolers filled mostly with bombers. Staff is very knowledgeable and seem eager to chat about beer. The gentleman I spoke with even knew a lot about out of state beers and trading. I was able to get a lot of cool stuff during GABF week, including Casey, American Solera, Jester King, and Council. If I lived in Denver this would be my regular spot, definitely worth checking out!!

Excellent selection. Reasonable prices. Service is offered if you need help or advice and they're pretty friendly dudes. You might occasionally find a rare gem although it seems this place gets picked through pretty quickly. Not the store's fault though. A great place to buy. Go before or after Hops & Pie and/or Call To Arms.

This is a pretty small place with a great selection of craft beer. They carry a ton of good stuff and they have it at reasonable prices. The two walls are lined with sleek and modern coolers stocked floor to ceiling with craft beer gems. They are choosy with their selection and only carry quality beers (and some other stuff too, but I didn't look at the wines or liquor). I was able to pick up some beers I'd never seen before, their singles cooler was small but had interesting stuff in it (not rejects!). The service was great, the employee pointed out some beers I may be interested in. They had some rare Casey bottles in stock. Very clean and well organized inside, friendly customer service and good stuff, hard to ask for anything more. It's a shame this place isn't closer.

This store is definitely worth the short trip from downtown (and is only a short walk form Hops & Pie, too). Excellent selection of bottles in a well organized store. But what really sets this place apart is the service. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful and even walked me around the store to help me find bottles in my preferred styles. In addition, I head the pleasure of meeting the owner (Joe) who talked with me for quite a while and was very generous in helping me find some bottles that I was looking for. This place is a MUST visit.

Small, but spot-on selection. This store skips over most the of the stuff you'd skip over at the store anyway. Lots of great, local selection, as well as a nice variety of eclectic beers from around the country and the world. Staff is awesome from the owner to the guys that are always in the shop. Everyone has been super knowledgable with questions/answers (I had a good 20 minute convo about sours with an employee who knew their stuff). I try to make it here more often than not when I'm in the area.

Very helpful, great selection, had stuff other shops were already sold out of, would have picked up more beer if I had room for it all. Would definitely recommend.

Warm, friendly service, and since their remodel, an outstanding selection of craft beer, spirits, and wine. They carry some six packs and four packs, but most of their beer is single bottles and bombers, including several doors devoted to sours and wild ales. They have tastings on Fridays and Saturdays, and their people really know their stuff; stop in for something special or for a recommendation on something new and exciting.

Fantastic place! A good selection, especially if you are into sours. The 'special' stuff sticks around longer here and I appreciate that they don't hide their good stuff in a back room like half of the other places around town.
Extremely knowledgable staff, honestly one of the best the city for beer! I am also into single malts and the liquor guy really knows his stuff and stocks the best in the city.
If I lived closer I would stop in much more often.

A-The place is tiny. It is laid out a bit like your grandmother's house with stuff packed on every shelf space available...seriously, the place is just an old house converted to store. It works, however, in a cozy sort-of way. There is a selection of nice wines up front and beer coolers stashed in towards the side and back (look elsewhere for the MD 20/20 and Carlo Rossi). They also stock a small selection of high-end and local spirits.
Q-The beers are stored cold, which is good, and the selection is well-curated. You can tell that every beer has been thought about before being put on the shelf. Although there are some harder to find selections, the beers here are not a magical treasure trove or wildly different from other good liquor stores around town.
Ser-The staff are very enthusiastic about their craft (selling beer) and their craft beer. They know their stuff and are willing to help out if you have questions or let you peruse the coolers on your own.
Sel-Compared to the megastores, the selection here is not huge. They have a decent number bombers and 750s for the size of the place, but a smaller number of sixers than even a place like Mondo Vino. However, you can probably find something worth taking home no matter what style or price-point you are looking for.
V-The prices are not terrible, but I found them to be slightly higher than normal. I suppose you pay for good service and a thoughtful selection of brews.
O-A great little store that is worth a stop if you're in the Tennyson Street area or feel like talking beer (or booze or wine) with the owners.
