Golden hued with a quarter inch of dishwater white on top. The head doesn’t linger very steadily. The aroma is of coriander and pale wheat. I’m tasting pale wheat and just enough coriander for a nice mild and crisp finish. It drinks fairly easy and is refreshing. I could have used some more aggressive wheat presence.

Canned March 9th. Cloudy orange yellow, big foam shrinking to small but persistent. Smells of coriander, bananas, light cloves, yeast. Strong and fresh aromas. Taste doesn’t let me down as it sticks to the plan set by the smell. Equally as strong and fresh. A powerhouse of Belgian Wit style. Not monkeying around here. If you don’t enjoy this, stay away from the Wits!

A - Mostly opaque golden body, lots of haze, and a big white head and lacing.
S - Funky grain hit, sour and harsh. Not terribly attractive, but fairly typical.
T - Lovely rounded wheat notes, banana and spice. Sour hints. A biscuit hit. An acidic close.
M - The brisk acidity with a fine close.
O - A rock solid wheat, with nice acidity balancing off the grain. Good.

I love this beer, the yeast character is outstanding, the color beautiful and the aroma is spicy bubblegum. I will come back for this beer time and time again. Indiana City is putting out very nice beers

On tap from the Indiana City Brewing Co.
It is a little murky but still pretty decent looking.
Had a decent finger white head.
Has a little bit of a bite that I like.
My only complaint is that it could be served a little cooler. Most of the beers I have from their tap seem to be slightly colder than room temperature for some reason.
Unfortunately this is the only beer I like that ICB has to offer currently, but a good beer that keeps me coming back.
