Collaboration with Apex Brewing Company
Arvid from Apex Brewing Company has been Brewing a collab with us today. About 3 years ago Arvid joined the Beerbliotek team for an internship. It is good to have him back for one day! Apex Brewing Company from Nora, Sweden, are a small modern microbrewery who are aggressively hop forward. We are both big fans of Idaho and Simcoe, so from the start we knew we wanted to brew something big and hoppy.
Together we brewed Muck. A 8.2% New England Double IPA.
