What's On Tap has a very good selection that is reasonably priced. They go throught their kegs pretty quickly so the menu is always turning over. There is a nice sized bar, some bistro tables, and a couple of couches to sit on and enjoy some beers. Depending on what time/day i have gone, I have seen standing room only sized crowds as well as being the only person in the bar. The service is good and the owner is very helpful and friendly.
The only issue is the "sample" sizes that are offered. You only get to sample one beer free of charge and the sample is maybe 1 ounce. Every sample after that is $1 per the one ounce. I think it discourages people from really finding a beer that they like and are happy with. It would nice to give more free samples as all other places do in order to make sure the buyer is happy is with the beer they are their money on.

I live nearby and excluding driving downtown this is the only place with a good selection in the area. The atmosphere is lacking. You can hear the keg cooler compressor kick on and off if there aren't many people in the place. Sometimes there is the equivalent of a clock radio playing some dated tunes in the background. However, Fridays and Saturday nights they always have live music which is great. There are plenty of flat screens, usually on ESPN or equivalent. The are 20 taps that rotate frequently and the selection stretches across a good range of beer styles and breweries available in South Carolina. They always have the following on tap: Kona Longboard, Angry Orchard, Allagash Curieux (no complaints here) and Allagash White. Keg lines are clean, very rarely do I have a problem with the quality of the beer. They sell bottles and cans, mostly warm as is customary in South Carolina. They fill all sizes of growlers. Overall, a good place.

Small, but not too small.
Good selection of Televisions with a nice 'living-room' area with big screen.
Live music on weekends is a nice addition
20 draft selections with what looks like a hundred different bottled options.
Prices aren't too bad.
They offer food from the neighboring bbq and butcher shops.
I love this place.
