Notes: Prepare your mouth for a riveting journey of tropical delights. We brewed this stellar IPA with barley, wheat, and oats alongside a palate-detonating amalgamation of Citra, Motueka, Mosaic, and Centennial hops. We fermented this magnificent assortment of ingredients with Sacc Trois for a monumentally juicy mouth-full of guava, mango and papaya that translates from taste-buds to brain as pure joy.

This hazy, fruity IPA lives up to its name as there is a ton of pineapple in both the aroma and taste. The smell is citrus and pineapple with a nice pine component. The taste is sweet with a nice tangy citrus flavor and a big dose of pineapple. This beer is sightly lighter in body than I would expect but overall this is a nice NEIPA style beer.

From a can. This is my second canned hazy IPA from Modern Times. I really liked Goblin Rock, but I think Golden Pineapple is better. Less hazy than a NE IPA, but still a bit cloudy. Hop aroma is strong and flavor is super juicy. Well done.

This is another of the recent crop of fruity big hop brews. It's just slightly hazy with lots of foam in the New Belgium snifter. Lovely aroma of orange with flowery hops. Mouthfeel is on the sharp side and plenty spritzy.

Hops are said to be Citra, Mosaic, Moteuka, and Centennial. It's brewed with "Sacc Trois" which White Labs says "produces a slightly tart beer with delicate characteristics of mango and pineapple." Hard to improve on that description. Bitterness is quite subdued and is more yeasty. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery store. On the bottom it says bottled on 01/17/17, three weeks ago.

On tap at Library Ale House. Pours a hazy orange with a half-inch thick white head which leaves spotty lace. Aroma is juicy pineapple, tangerine and orange, with a mild Brett funk. Flavor follows the nose with tropical fruits dominate. Well balanced between Brett and tropical. Very clean. Light body, crisp, drying finish. Refreshingly good.

Had heard of this, but hadn’t had a lot of brett IPAs. Decided to bend my only reviewing 6-oz. brews to five ounces for this special occasion. Had some high hopes that it would be better than Underworld Dreams (different style).

Poured a deep gold, almost orange, hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head when I got it. Some bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. World-class spiderweb lacing. Very good retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled brett, icy mint, Juicy Fruit gum, pineapple, orange creamscicle and pepper spices. (Smell - 3.75)

Tasted more brett on the nose than anything else. Also got peppery spices, Juicy Fruit gum, pineapple juice, orange creamscicle, cantaloupe, orange melon, peach and apricot. Appeared to be dry-hopped pretty good. (Taste - 4.00)

Light-to-medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, bitter juicy finish. (Feel - 3.75)

Might have slightly overrated this a tad, but it was very good for a brett IPA. (Overall - 4.00)
