Picked up a 16 oz single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler on 9-7-18 for $2.99. Canned on 8-29-18; cold stored since purchase and consumed on 12-11-18.

Beer poured a cloudy golden orange with a nice white head with the initial pour.

Nose has some fresh orange and tropical scents.

Taste is orange and mango forward with a touch of mild bittering citrus rind in the finish.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and refreshing.

This beer has held up pretty well despite the age. Overall a solid NEIPA style beer that i am glad to have tried!

$ 4.59(Including shipping)/16 oz can ($ 0.287) from Tavour, Seattle, WA. Reviewed /18.
“Canned on 10/03/2018” on bottom of can, stored upside down at 42 degrees and served at 42 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter.
Appearance – 4.
Body – Light yellow, hazy and opaque.
Head – Large (Maximum 4.2 cm, aggressive center pour), white, medium density, average retention, diminishing to a ragged six to 11 mm ring and a heaped partial layer.
Lacing – Very good. Thin rings of tiny bubbles, connected by multiple columns.
First pour – Light yellow, hazy – looks like lemon juice.
Aroma – 4 – Fruity and citrus with a hint of pine.
Flavor – 3.5 - Begins with a stone-fruit/tropical sweetness and flavor which morphs into a bit of citrus bitterness. No alcohol (6.7% ABV), no diacetyl, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3.5 – Medium, almost creamy, lively carbonation approaching fizzy.
Impression and interpretation – 3.75 - Not bad, just not an outstanding flavor. Very easy drinking, maybe a bit too easy considering the volume and ABV. I haven’t had a bad brew yet from Modern Times. I can definitely see myself killing a six-pack of this in one sitting.

L: Classic Haze body, very reminiscent of all the big players such as Treehouse, Heady, 8 Bit, and Monkish. Has a 2 finger head, slowly disappears. Great lacing throughout drinking.

S: Bursting with stone fruit, bubble gum, starburst, mango, pineapple, hawaiian rolls, some herb on the backend.

T: Very much like the nose very stone fruit and some herb like rosemary on the backend.

F: Medium body, mild carbonation, soft, mildly dry finish.

O: I love how every hop in here, and I also love how you can pick them apart, as well as taste them as a collective. The body is wonderful. This is easy drinking and at the perfect percentage. Only reason I can see someone not liking this is the herb backend. As for me and my house, we shall drink this beer.
