Went during the day and enjoyed the airy space. Good selection of New York brews with a friendly staff. The vibe is awesome being in the middle of the Italian market. The food was good and the service great. Will come back during the day for sure.

I wouldn't ever go out of my way here to drink. Not a big fan of mason jars and the servers that generally aren't savvy to beer's ins and outs. But this place is awesome if you've come to get down on some delicious Italian food in the market. Grab a sandwich or pizza and come sit here to have a beer. There will be some good beers on tap and occasionally something good in bottle or can.

Great selection, but errs kind of on the expensive side, especially for college students (Fordham University is just down the street). Very relaxed atmosphere, nice waitstaff as long as you don't do anything incredibly rude or stupid. Beers served on draught in mason jars of various sizes. Jonas Bronck co's Woodlawn Weiss is a personal favorite that they seem to have in stock all the time.

Probably better during the day than later at night. They've got some great beers on tap (Gun Hill Brewery, Ommegang and the Peekskill Brewery were represented when I went), with more great stuff in bottles or cans. At least once the rest of the businesses close and they have a DJ out, the music is kind of rubbish, though. Booming rap is the order of the evening in my experience, but it's not enough to make me dislike the place. The selection is great for the Bronx, especially this area. It's a bit of a pain in the neck to get to though, especially if you're limited to public transportation. Still, I'd recommend at least checking it out.

Located inside the Arthur Ave. food mall, this place offers a respectable line of draft , canned and bottle craft beers in a classic Bronx locale.

18 on tap, craft, yes, mostly on the easily approachable side of things...expect offerings from Captain larry, Ithaca, City island, saranac and other NY state regulars.

Food options are plentiful as you are surrounded by food providors..not exactly where the food comes from for the beer hall, but the menu is loaded with typical bar food, some salads, burgers and wraps, a "sausage fest" and some tasty looking desserts.

All in all some decent beer selections, plenty of food options and a low pressure and comfortable feel to this spot..c'mon, come over and check it out if you're on Arthur ave and want a real beer of two....Decent spot to check out in the near beer desert of the Bronx, NY
