Notes: Rare are moments of truth, when you've struck the last match, belting out tunes with your friends, staring deep into the campfire-times when you feel infinite. Our truth is found in the scintillating brilliance of hops. Brewed with a nod to the pacific, hops sizzle with tropical fruit aroma, grapefruit & mango notes and a dry finish.

Copper with slight chill haze and one finger white head. Nose is grapefruit and mango with slight pale malt. Taste follows the nose with mango up front followed by a thin almost watery piney malt. Body is light to medium with similar carbonation. Ends dry with a lingering pine. Overall good but nothing to write home about.

Pours a nice clear bright orange, big frothy white head, tons of lacing. Not much aroma here, some sweetness from the malts. Taste gets a hint of tropical fruit, not much else. This has got about 60+ days on it, I'd like to try this fresher.

Had it many times, finally reviewing it... Single can from Kroger Mix & Match shelf
Deep golden color with a thin head. Aroma of pine and some faint citrus.
Taste is malty at first but quickly turns into a hop bite with some lingering bitterness.
Medium body with good carbonation.
It is certainly a good example of the style.
But the truth is, I am not much into IPAs and this beer will not change it.

Scrappy notes road trippin' from 2016.
6 pack from Mejer's Market in Cincy, OH.
12 ounce cans. Poured into a 16 oz pint glass.
75IBU Excellent. Not as sweet as most IPAs and has kind of a thin head. Fruity, hoppy and zesty with a noticeable dry finish. Incredibly great tasting and very drinkable. It's ABV is not noticeable.

On tap at Melt Bar and Grilled in Independence, OH.

This one pours a golden amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells somewhat malty, with some dry citrus, pine, grapefruit, and floral bitterness.

This is a little too malty for my preference, but it's still tasty enough. There's a dry citrusy hop character, some spicy bitterness, and a semi-distracting malty sweet finish.

This is light bodied, but not quite well balanced enough. It's decently drinkable.

This is an acceptable IPA if there aren't many options at the bar, but it's a little bit boring to me.

Great IPA for the price (10 for a 6-pack). This beer is available year-round by me and it's everything you could want in an IPA. It's not the fanciest nor is it the most decedent but it's a great solid beer.

I highly recommend grabbing a 6er of this for a nice night on the deck.

Sampled on tap at Roosters in German Village, Columbus, Ohio. Served in a standard pint glass. Clear amber color, with a minimal white head due to the tap draw. Nice balance between light caramel malt and citrusy, piney, and slightly floral hops. This has the aromas, flavors, pleasant bitterness, and the crisp finish I crave in a West Coast-style IPA. Overall, an outstanding beer and highly recommended.

I like my IPAs west coast style. Not overly fruity, not super dank or musty. This is a nice clean well balanced IPA that's right up my alley. Some citrus notes some piney notes. Pours a clear copper with a nice white head and good retention.

A lightly hazy orangeish amber color with a nice fragrant citrus, hoppy aroma, from a 12 ounce can dated 03/23/2021 "THAT'S THE TICKET". Tastes just like it smells, citrus and hoppy. I get orange, lemon and grapefruit. Tastes sooo good it'll be gone before this review is finished. Smooth as silk. No bitterness. Overall this is OUTSTANDING beer from Cincy. IT'S THE GOSH DARN "TRUTH"! Highly Rated.
