Tiny tap room in rehabbed industrial building with very short service bar and small back room and a few barrels with chairs. 8 beers on tap, the one I had was solid. Fast service; can to go.

Cute and kitschy. The smallest taproom I've ever been in, but quality beers. I especially liked Hop State of Mind and BQX.

TINY nano brewery in an industrial part of Queens, real close to the Queensboro bridge...
Super tight tasting room with a few more tables in the actual area where they brew the beer.
Cans/bottles/growler fills available to go and the tastes and pours and pints for on premises consumption were flowing nicely. No food, but feel free to bring some chow in.
Fun place to visit and all the beer we tried was full of character and intrigue...especially enjoyed a few of their lemon grass infused offerings....friendly service and some free mini cups of trail mix kinda stuff hit the spot....well worth a visit

It's a small taproom with a bar wrapped around it and some big wooden barrels for table tops. It really feels like you're walking into a working brewery - which of course you are.
The brewers are often the guys manning the taps, they know a lot about each one of their beers and can tell you about them at length. You can tell they care a lot about them because asking "which is your favprite" for me, at least, was answered with "all of them. they're my babies I love them all!"
All the beers are top notch. They do a lot of unique experimentals that you're not going to find anywhere else, which don't always hit the mark but they're always well made and and least interesting. Everything is fresh and delicious because, again, you're sitting and drinking in a working brewery.

I hate to break it to anyone who has just read the first review. This place is a nice little taproom but the beer is not great. I would recommend going to Singlecut Beersmiths, Finback, or Transmitter because this place is a bust. Oh, I sampled all the beers and they just seemed off in a strange way. If you're looking for the next Other Half, this is not it. Parking was easy though. And the dudes seemed super friendly. Hope they brew something I enjoy soon so I can repel this review.

I stumbled onto Big Alice Brewing recently after picking up my CSB share at Transmitter.
Big Alice is a must visit for any NYC beer fan! The taproom isn't a huge space, but the vibe is awesome, the beer is solid, and the staff is super friendly. Also they do crowlers! (Why dosn't everybody???) The peanut butter porter was plesant and the honey wit was really nice in this summer heat!
