Poured from 750ml bottle into Chimay goblet.
L - Gold pour with a medium white head that dissipates quickly.
S - Lemon, white wine esters, woody notes.
T - Lemony geuze, sweet tart candies, faint oak.
F - Light champagne like crispness, dry finish. No alcohol burn.
A refreshing surprise, almost palate cleansing. Extremely drinkable and potentially dangerous. A shame it was only made once as it a very pleasant hybrid.
