One of the master beers from Belgium once again. Called a "Belgian Golden Ale" brewed with coriander like so many of the Wits. Very smooth, just really solid. Pleasure to drink.

Out of all the Belgian style beers I tried this one is probably the best one (over priced as it is) it has a nice body, nice flavor with a hint of bitterness, and a very pleasant aftertaste.

Look: Deep gold beer with frothy head which remains as thick lace as head subsides and light, fast moving bubbles.
Smell: Fruity aroma with a hint of spice, bottle label lists coriander as an ingredient so it must be coming through.
Taste: slightly bitter taste which lingers after sip and hints of cereal like flavor
Feel: Medium-light body

L- Hazy, light colored beer with a slight amber tint. Quarter finger thick head.
S- A very well melded combination of spice, clove, banana, and citrus.
T- Orange, lemon, banana, and biscuit are present. Very much toned down; but this is in no way a bad thing.
M- Medium bodied, dry beer. Works well with the flavor.
O- This beer is very well put together and is a pure pleasure to drink. With that being said, I do think the hype is a bit too much. This beer is very good, but I don't think it's world renowned.

This is such a great beer indeed. It pours orange-hued golden and clear with a decent head. The aroma is fresh, sweet (much like powder sugar) and spicy. The taste reflects the nose and it's a very enjoyable mixture of spices with sugary goodness.

a Chouffe is a Belgian Style Tripel Beer. Its mild hoppyness is complimented by a strong and rich flavor of fruit . Its very floral and very smooth on the palette. It has very foamy thick soapy head and a very crispy bubbling wash that stings on the way down. This is one of the best beers I have had and at 8% its just perfect.

Best before 08/2017, so here we go!

A: Pours a golden yellow color with a large head that slowly fades down to a nice cap that leaves good lacing

S: Some moderate spice notes along with a good yeast and malt influence. Light fruitiness in there from the yeast as well

T: Follows the nose, but with a little more kick. Starts off with the spicy and fruity yeast and goes into some moderate alcoholic esters and some additional coriander. Malt kicks in a little to tame the yeast a bit. Finishes with lingering spices and moderate malt sweetness

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation

O: A well-deserved classic. Nice to sip on and enjoy any time. Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of Belgians
