Appearance - Pours cloudy and dirty straw in color with a white, half finger head that fizzes away quickly to a barren surface.

Smell - Key limes up the wahzoo. Salt. Margaritas would be jealous. I must take a 1/4 point off though, for the funky smell that's coming from the label on the can. It's a chemical smell that reeks of melting plastic, and can be a real detractor when drinking from the can. Thankfully I'm doing my review from a glass.

Taste - Wow! Sour punch of lime hits you at first, then a bit of salinity creeps in before the sourness declines into an undercurrent of sweeter citrus character. Malt adds almost has a crust-like undertone that rides with the limey sweetness well into the finish.

Mouthfeel - Light-bodied with moderate carbonation. Crisp, easy drinker with a semi-dry finish.

Overall - Key lime pie in a can? Not at first, but the aftertaste makes a solid case. It's almost two treats in one can - margarita in the first act, key lime pie in the second. As a whole it's simply delicious, and New Glory would be wise to bring this back as often as possible.

The dark beer is opaque and the head is dark tan. The head has good retention and left some lacing on the glass.
A rich cacao, medium roast coffee, vanilla, sweet sugar note, cinnamon, biscuit, nutty, fruity, and bitter sweet chocolate.
A rich milk chocolate, medium roasted coffee, nutty peanut butter note, an oaky note, touch of floral, brown sugar, char, touch of fruitiness, bitter sweet, and a creaminess.
A full body, chewy beer with a medium plus finish and a touch of carbonation.
I really dig this beer, anything with chocolate and peanut butter I will try. Very tasty stuff, will drink again.
