L - Black body with brown edges and a finger of tan head

S - Lots of roast. No coconut. Subtle vanilla

T - More roasted malts and burnt coffee. A little more cocoa here, but nothing to brag about. Sweet vanilla extract and some smoke.

F - Creamy texture, but body is too thin for the style. No alcohol.

O - Didn't deliver as a decadent dessert beer, but is a satisfactory sipper.

Had on-tap at Final Gravity in Roseville, CA

Appearance - Served up in a 11.5oz snifter, pure black with cola brown edging. Thin, broken layer of surface suds with a thin ring around the edge of the glass. Streaky lacing.

Smell - Smells like an almond joy bar. Dark and milk chocolate. Toasted coconut. Nuttiness. Very nice!

Taste - Follows the nose and delivers beautifully. Aggressive but balanced. Milk chocolate with a hint of dark, semi-bitter chocolate. Fudgy. Toasted coconut follows shortly along with some distant nuttiness. A hint of roasted malt in the finish to cut the sweetness.

Mouthfeel - Full-bodied with moderate carbonation and a silky smooth texture.  Smooth, Stupid easy drinker with a fairly dry finish.

Overall - Oh damn, this is as close to a perfect dessert brew as there can be. This is so much better than their last attempt at an imperial stout, Infinite Void. I hope they continue to bring this one back.
