Thanks to Dave for sharing.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a light mahogany with a thin head.

S - Aromas of malt vinegar, tired hops.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, malt vinegar, good hops but the vinegar notes overruled everything.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body is thin and slick.

O - Overall this was a very underwhelming beer almost slimy vinegar worth a strong malt backing.

650 mL bottle. Deep amber body. Smells of strong oak, caramel malt, toasted malt. A hint of dark cherry. Tastes of heavy oak. Vanilla. Caramel. Light acidity, if any. Really just a bit of dark fruit acids. Medium heavy. Well carbonated. It’s not bad, but it’s not sour enough at all.

A - Pours a dark ruby red with a one finger off white head.

S - Aroma is tart cherries, plums, red wine vinegar and some funky yeast.

T - The taste is brown sugar, cherry, plums, raisins and funky yeast. There is a good amount of oak and boozy alcohol in the finish.

M - Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Smooth creamy mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.

O - This is definetly not a traditional Flanders Red. The flavor is on the sweet and fruity side. Definetly worth checking out.

22 ounce bottle into a flute glass.

Pours a deep garnet, somewhat opaque, with a one finger head and a fair amount of foamy cling. Smell is malt, red wine, plums, purple grapes, yeast, dates, a little sour and tart, a light spiciness. Taste is malt, plums, purple grapes, raisins, dates, yeast, some figs and red wine, a light tartness. Smooth, good body, a little too much carbonation- although that lessens through the bottle.

Not a traditional Flanders Red, but lots of flavor, enjoyable to drink. Good stuff.

2014, 22 ounces, purple waxed bomber poured into a tulip. Pours a deep amber color, no head. Fantastic aroma, a nice spicy, cider-like aroma, filled with fruitiness. Taste is very good, a good amount of tartness and some obvious fruit notes. Not the best flanders red I've had but definitely holds it own.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass; 2015 vintage bottling, labeled at 6% ABV. Pours slightly hazy dark ruby red color with a 1-2 finger dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of tart cherry, raspberry, plum, green apple, red grape, red wine vinegar, caramel, toast, brown sugar, hay, straw, leather, musty funk, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast and dark/bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of tart cherry, raspberry, plum, green apple, red grape, red wine vinegar, caramel, toast, brown sugar, hay, straw, leather, musty funk, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of fruity/tannic tartness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of cherry, raspberry, plum, green apple, red grape, vinegar, caramel, toast, brown sugar, hay, straw, leather, musty funk, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and complexity of fruity/funky yeast and dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly crisp, and moderately acidic/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Flanders red ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast and dark/bready malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink with balanced acidity. A very enjoyable offering.
