Great location, hit it for a weekday happy hour. Lots of beers, lots of ciders, the appetizer we ordered was excellent. Recommended. Many packaged products available to-go.

went 7/29/18 around 5ish with the wife.
seemed chill. people just enjoying the moment with kids and people aged all throughout. seemed liked family dinners going on and dates happening. enjoyed a couple flights which were the same each time. norm's raggedy with bonnie's and their new england version 1 and 3. also remember getting a german wheat. as a hophead their ipa's are more on the malt side which i'm kinda blah on. i would rather have one of the more known michigan ipa's (two hearted, centennial, huma) over theirs. i remember mixing the new england version 1 with bonnie's and that was really good. server was attentive and selection of beers were good. food was good also. i had the nightmare on eton st. burger which had some heat but nothing too intense. the misses ordered a burrito which was one of their specials and it looked and smelled realy good. i noticed multiple people around us order the nachos and they looked and smelled really good. would definitely go back. maybe just check their website for what's on tap.

If you like three pints and a huge headache the next day this is the place for you! Every time I go here I will have three or four pints and every time I will have a huge headache the next morning. If booze is your thing their soda is flat and citrus slices are paper thin and dry. Maybe you just want some fried food that was never fresh. Telling you to be careful drinking their beer. Garbage place with a headache prize the next day.

Visited on a Monday night, normally they're closed but the Lions were on Monday Night Football so they decided to open during the game. Not too busy this evening, a dining companion remarked that usually the place is packed at that time of night. Lots of long, thin tables and bench seating. I felt as I might smack knees with the person across from me, but it never happened.
There's a counter at the front full of merch and wax-dipped bombers, and across from that a cooler full of four packs of their regular stuff. There's a glass-windowed kitchen and a ling bar along one wall. Enough TVs hanging around, but thankfully not loud enough drown out conversation.
The fried chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the spicy dip with fries was a great way to soak up ABV.
Speaking of ABV, the beer ranged from good to great. Pints ranged from $5 to $8,with crowlers and growlers available for most brews. Definitely worth a visit for anyone in Metro Detroit.

Cool urban setting, beer can be hit or miss and service can be as well as it's usually crowded. Excellent beer selection and extensive food menu with well above average sandwiches and standard prices.

Food and atmosphere are very cool here. Dig the live music and good selection of local foods.
They have an extensive beer list as well and lots of things on tap new to try. Ragady Ass IPA and El Rojo Red are both decent stock beers from them. I also had a Imperial Stout Casked ale that was good as well
Only downfall I have is that if you don't live in the general Birmingham area, the prices of food and drink are a little steep compared to other breweries that are 1-3 miles away. Also the people here are a little snooty. I work in this area of town but live on the opposite end. I enjoy good beers and good times, not being looked at like I'm an alien lol

Stopped in here one day late in the afternoon. There was a limited number of patrons due to time of day. Nice place and the employees were friendly. Sat at the bar and the bartender was easy to talk with and very helpful in answering questions. Because of him I also walked out of there with 5 bomber bottles.

The atmosphere is pretty casual and there is a fairly large outdoor area. Most of the beers are average with the occasional standout. The food has improved substantially from when they first opened and is generally decent. They have 16 taps and beers are reasonably priced. All are available in flights.

I really enjoy Griffin Claw. The decor is great. Beer is excellent and they always have 15+ beers on tap. It can get really crowded in the evenings especially in the warmer months. Food is incredible, try the Mac N Cheese Bites you won't be sorry.
