Pours hazy orange with a fast fading off white head.

Nose is light fruit; light honey, hints of pineapple, and undertones of green herbs. Taste really follows nose in all respects. Mouth feel is light carb with a nice balance.

Flavor profile is strange but in several ways inviting. Worth the try.

Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at his tasting.

Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, honey, pineapple, and chile aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, pineapple, yeast, spice, and slight chile flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of earth bitterness and chile heat on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with pineapple and chile qualities that come through slightly better in the taste to me.

Serving type: bottle.

Pours a cloudy light blonde gold color with white head. Peppers, pineapple, and yeast on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a lot of heat, not good.

Great balance in this beer between the jalapeno heat and pineapple sweet. Flavours of both, particularly the roasted jalepeno were great. Really well done.

Like drinking pineapple juice with a clean and crisp jalapeño finish, but without the jalapeño spice to mask the flavor of beer. The flavor of both the pineapple and jalapeño are fresh, crisp, and pronounced nicely.

Cloudy orange gold pour with a foamy one-finger off-white head. Aroma has a mild chile scent with a hint of tropical fruit. Taste has citrus and a dry pineapple flavor upfront backed by a jalapeño flavor with heat that builds slowly but nicely as the beer warms. The jalapeño flavor is nice because you can really taste the flavor of the pepper and not just the heat.

Hawaiian pizza inspired this brew. The ales aroma is definitely reminiscent of those toppings as the sweet, citrusy pineapple smell hits your nose. Upon tasting it, the citrus flavor is surprisingly light as the jalapeños help calm the pineapple down. A delicious mix of flavors & great session brew to grill out with.
