Poured from a bomber into a shaker pint, the beer is a cloudy, orange-copper coloring with a tall, chunky, off-white colored head that slowly settles into a clingy, filmy coating. Aromas of toffee and caramel sweetness , a subtle roasting, and some tangy tropical fruit sweetness. Smells like a malt bomb. Flavors are toasty and sweet, with a solid toffee backbone. Tropical fruit towards the end of the palate, with a cloying, richly sweet aftertaste. Smooth, robust bodied, with a slightly cloying, lingering finish.

A - Dirty gold, orange hues, very clear, small off white that lingers. Produces very nice lacing.

S - Not much coming to me. Some malt, some hops. Sniffing heavily I pick up the hops resin, citrus, slight pine.

T - This is where I got surprised. Extremely balance. Light biscuit, hops citrus, cutoff by hop bitterness and the darker bread taste remains.

M - My favorite aspect of this beer. Incredibly smooth, low to medium carbonation. Medium thickness.

O - Always like trying out the hyper local stuff. It's even better when it tastes like this offering from Do Can. I would recommend and I will be seeking out there other brews.

Decent creamy smaller head, decent lacing, clear copper orange color.

Nose mild grassy hops, little fruity like apple juice and mild sweet malt, little grainy.

Taste some bitterness, grassy slight herbal tea hops, more fruity apple juice, hint spicy too. mild grassy grainy malts with fair sweetness, also a yeasty flavor and mild sulfur note, unpleasant estery flavor. Finish is drier but fairly bitter, little gritty and sticky, sandpaper like almost, little more yeasty and estery flavours, little grassy hop.

Mouth is med bod little sandpaper gritty, decent carb.
