From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a very modest head. The head quickly diminishes to a ring quickly. Lots of resiny hops in the nose. The mouth gets a solid smack of hops to go with the malty base. Alcohol makes this dangerous.

L: Poured from a bottle to a snifter glass. Had a deep, dark amber color and a cloudy texture. There was a 3/4", foamy, off white, fairly long-lasting head. Very good lacing.

S: An enticing aroma of hops, malt, resin, citrus, and caramel.

T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (not too much), lots of hops, some light pine resin (mostly in the finish), a bit of caramel, citrus (orange), and an earthy quality. This is one of those laser-focused flavors that gets better as you go along. The hops content is definitely present, but not obnoxiously so. Quite delicious.

F: A solid amount of carbonation with a smooth, slightly dry finish. Medium-bodied.

O: For the most part, this is a well made, easy to drink beer. If you like DIPAs, check it out.

S: caramel but not a lot of hop aroma.

T: huge caramel, with earthy bitterness and a bunch of resin.

M: medium with moderate carbonation, and a huge hop cling.

O: tasty, but a tad one note

This dark golden amber beer has minimal head and smells of, well ... hops. Bitter hops. Then the taste: bitter, biting, mouth-twisting hop bitterness. But it stings so good, if you like that sort of thing. Plus, the high booze is well-hidden.
