draft pour at the SP Cellar 5th anniversary. pours a hazy orange with good amounts of fluffy white head. smells of oak, funk, musty barn aromas. almost has fruit aromas too. green apples or pears. taste is a great sour funky white wine flavor with a slightly fruity aftertaste. mouthfeel is full. really dry but also quite refreshing. really glad to try this. no idea how it was fresh but it’s wonderful now.

Poured at the Side Project 5th Anniversary event.
Still nicely carbonated, brett and rock candy notes on the aroma, finishes with a lambic-like mineral complexity.

So complex and fruity. Extremely tropical. Sour and acidic. Papaya, mango, and other great fruits. Peaches and apricots. One of the best sours I have had lately.

Donald Duck orange juice look, modest white head. Buttery chardonnay, toasty oak, clementine and some tropical notes ... mustiness, peach pits, can sense the lactic acidity but the aroma is excellent, deep. Medium body, fruit up front, acid and wine build in the middle and it finishes with wine aromatics (some pear, almond, lemon zest).
- Had this another time on 8/10/16 and this bottle did not hold up well. Turpentine and peaches, super sharp acidity.
