Smooth is our Missouri Wild Ale that was fermented in and aged in a French Oak foedre with Missouri microflora for 2 years. Once mature, it was racked on to Missouri Nectarines from the same farm in which we get White Peaches for Fuzzy. Big stone fruit aromatics, subtle Brett complexities and a more refined acidity.

B1. Almost definitely past prime. Very tart and acetic and not much nectarine character left

Yellow gold in color with a murky complexion. The aroma is of fresh nectarines and lactobacillius. I'm tasting fresh nectarine juice and lactobacillius, which on a day with a 100+ heat index is very refreshing. The mouth is crisp and moderately carbonated.

Finally got to visit Side Project and this bad boy happened to be on and did not disappoint. Great acid level that was not overpowering and was just dripping with ripe nectarine flavour; phenomonal beer!

Burnt orange with white head that quickly disappears. Tart nectarine and barnyard funk. Crisp and dry. Overall quite nice.

Pours an amber orange with white head. Aroma of oranges and grapes. Hits you with a sour pucker that fades. Lots of orange nectarine with vinous notes. Very well done.
