750 mL bottle. Hazy orange. Small white head. Smells of peach, which I didn't much expect. White wine. Citrus acidity. Delicious peach flavor. Lots of white wine. Some grain, wheat, and oak. Medium body. Absolutely delicious. Outstanding.

Appearance: Pours slightly hazy and golden colored; the head fades but leaves plenty of lacing
Smell: Acetic and funky, with the oak barrel dominant and a hint of peach
Taste: As with the aroma, acetic and funky, from the outset, with the oak and peach tones developing; in the middle, the vinegar tones recede slightly, allowing the cheesy funk to emerge; after the swallow, the acetic tones re-emerge, bringing home the finish along with the oak and the peach
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; quite puckery
Overall: This is one of those beers that shows Side Project's mastery of the style
