Imperial stout brewed with coconut, then aged for 14 months in Weller 12 and Rittenhouse Rye barrels before being infused again with toasted and raw coconut.
Barrel-Aged Coconut Vibes 2023 is a barrel-aged imperial stout aged in Willett 8-year bourbon, Still630 rye and bourbon and 7-year MGP rye barrels which held our stout for 16 to 21 months before blending. After blending, we infused the barrel-aged stout with our heavy dose of coconut and a dash of cocoa nibs for its final expression to be shared with you.

Bucket list beer! Just so happened I was in St. Louis when this was released, lucky me!
Look - Typical dark stout appearance.
Smell - OMG, coconut, vanilla, liquid mounds bar but not cloyingly sweet. Very well balanced.
Taste - Amazing, viscous coconut sensation. I'm floating!
Feel - Thick smooth velvet on the tongue. Perfect!
Overall - Hands down the best barrel aged coconut beer I've ever had. King Coconut!

Bottle share with Rob. For me this is about as good as beer gets. Wonderful mouthfeel and coconut flavor.
