Nose is citrus and earth. Obviously the herbs and chamomile are at play here. Taste is hard to describe. It’s not hard one way in any of profiles. It definitely seems well blended. The herbal notes are the first thing I notice upon drinking. The orange is on the backend. There is a breadiness present but it’s not the highlight. I guess the rose hips contribute to the subtle sweetness? I’m not sure, I’ve never eaten a rose hip. Overall the beer is complex and the feel is thick and malty which I enjoy. The problem is, none of the flavors stand out to be appreciated individually so it’s hard to appreciate them when they come together. Not bad but I won’t buy again.

A belgian style witbier ale with blood oranges, rose hips and chamomile.Appears light amber with a noticeable orange hue on the upper surface. Little to no head. Nose is of belgian yeast. This brew is quite light bodied and a bit flat to be honest.Taste leaves much to be desired albeit there is a far slight hint of orange pulp there in the floaties.Overall ok.

Wheat, coriander, blood orange, and chamomile dominate the aroma, with a soft floral note of rose.
Flavor reveals more Belgian ester character, with dominant notes of pear and bruised apple that linger throughout. Orange and chamomile blend interestingly initially, but quickly fade to a slightly sweet toasted malt backbone. A bit flat.
