12 oz bottle poured into willybecher glass no bottled on date.

A: Small fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Body is a slightly murky yellow gold

S: is soft wheat, a little coriander, a good bit of saltiness and some vinegar.

T: nice salinity up front with some sourness mid palate than nice hints of wheat and light spices.

M: Light crisp good carbonation finishes dry.

O: a very nice Gose, really happy with this like the level of saltiness not as sour as some really fairly balanced.

It pours a cloudy straw color. Aromas are salt, lemon, and hints of vanilla. It has a sour lemon taste that is accented by the salt with subtle hints of vanilla.

A: Pours a hazy straw/tangerine color with half a finger of bone white head that fades immediately and vigorous swirling does not revive it.
S: Honey-like sweetness, some wheat, subtle orange rind notes.
T: Lots of citrus up front with the saltiness standing out more as it warms. Not so much tart as heavy on lemon. Light wheat backbone prevalent throughout.
M: Soft with lower carbonation than I am accustomed to for the style. A bit more residual sweetness on the finish as well instead of being dry/crisp.
O: Fairly mediocre Gose, definitely not a stand out in the style for me. Drinkable, but wouldn't purchase again.

Bottled on 8.26. One finger head that quickly disappears. Hay color with what appears to be a slightly pink hue. Mild wheat aroma with a noticeable sweetness, almost honey-like. Softer mouthfeel due to the medium-low carbonation. Light body. While it has the components of your typical Gose: tart, mild saltiness, and citrusy, non of these characteristics are overpowering. While I found the saltiness to be a bit stronger than some of the other Goses I've had, it was neither overly tart or strongly citrus. A good example of how the reincarnation of an old style can be done with finesse and doesn't have to be in your face.

T: dated 9-22 bottle is less tart, and more balanced with the salt, but feel like the taste profile was brought down a lot

F: Because the taste is much lighter, it's now my session beer; I can drink a whole bottle in a sitting, rather than one glass and done I'd do with other super-tart big taste gose.
