Now Unfiltered, A Night On Ponce IPA grafts an American ale yeast onto the same malts and hops used in A Night In Brussels. The result is an entirely different beer, which announces its presence with lush notes of citrus fruit before tapering to a clean, dry finish. It’s an American IPA for lovers of American IPAs.

OMG, I nearly forgot what a real WC Style IPA could taste and smell like on tap, after 2 years in France. Visiting Decatur, GA, I happened into the Marley House Irish Pub. The hop aroma really knocked me out. Seemed like Chinook with Simcoe for aroma and flavor. Poured on draft clear as a bell, with small white head and little lacing. Somewhat attenuated with little mouthfeel, but the taste and aroma made up for that in spades! I'm going to search out another before returning home to Nice.

This is my daily driver IPA. 3 Taverns has consistently made some of the best and easily accessible beers in GA. Night on Ponce is my standard for GA IPAs

Pours a hazy yellow-orange with two fingers of steady white foam. Aroma is pine, papaya, tangerine, orange zest, and mango. Mostly tropical fruits with a little west coast IPA stickiness. Flavor profile echos the nose, hitting more tropical fruits - papaya, tangerine, orange zest, mango, and adding in melon. Grassy, piney hops are an after thought. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is creamy and comforting. Overall, pretty mellow, standard IPA with some good attributes. Makes for a good sipper, but wouldn't be out of place as a crushable option for a tailgate.

A very good unfiltered IPA. I first had this a couple of years ago and had the opportunity to grab a 6 pack passing through ATL a week ago. Very balanced and not overly bitter. Medium bodied maybe a little light on carbonation for my preference but that’s not a big distraction. Tropical aroma with similar taste with a hint of spice. Extremely drinkable, almost crushable, which is a little scary for its 7.5 ABV.
