Notes:
Now unfiltered, A Night In Brussels IPA is a Belgian-style American IPA with malts from Belgium, a blend of American hops, pure cane sugar in the best southern tradition, and an authentic Belgian yeast strain. A pleasing marriage of old- and new-world beer cultures, this unique ale is best understood as an American IPA on a Belgian road trip.

Poured from a tap at the brewery. All in all, this beer was beautiful in all aspects, with a drinkable and approachable appearance. Aroma and taste were wonderfully fruity and bright, almost like a tropical fruit salad. Definitely my new favorite Belgian IPA.

This brew looks great with a fantastic head and has a great aroma and a hoppy flavor. The bitterness lingers a bit on the tongue. As a matter of fact, I can still feel it half an hour after drinking a bottl: fresh.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass at Taco Mac in Atlanta. The appearance is a cloudy golden color with a small white head. The aroma is all hops.
