Pours dark. Tan head. Clear bourbon nose. Flavor gives hints of vanilla bourbon with some fruit - almost like cherry. Mild chalky wood thing going on. This is a nice barrel aged stout. Nothing really loud or out there, but a pleasant and fairly easy drinker. I can dig it. Another good one from Roundabout. Love what Steve is doing.
