Pours a yellow glowing hazed small amount of hop particles settled into it big fluffy cloud like white head.
Aroma has a nice grassy, pungent citrus character with biscuit like malts going on as well. Clean crisp pils with some nice dry hopping action.
Flavor slight fruity sulfur notes, crisp hoppiness, finishes dry with enough balance from the pilsner malt…herbal, citrus, fresh cut grass it’s all in there with some quality hop flavors.
Mouthfeel is lighter bodied but not watery or thin, I’m liking this quite a bit…can’t wait to stop by to try more of Steve Sloan’s offerings. Even flowing carbonation carries the beer perfectly nice dry hop bitterness in the finish.
Overall, a really well made local pils, I’m thankful for all of the local breweries popping up Roundabout is welcomed with open arms Steve Sloan has worked at 12 different breweries and has lived in Germany!

Based on the taste, I am calling this a Czech pilsener. Utilizes the Lublin hop from Poland.
Somewhat cloudy gold, as I assume it's unfiltered. Somewhat airy nose. Light on bread. Flavor profile brings a different ride from sip to sip. Certainly is somewhat earthy. There is some ink in there. Grass definitely hits me on the backend of things. Hop spice is clearly prevalent.
I like it. Earthy, yet clean in some regards. Some people might want a more filtered and lighter beer, but it works for me.
Another good one from Roundabout. I am sensing a theme along those lines.
