Reviewed from (very) long-standing notes. Poured from a 750 mL bottle into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter. Purchased and consumed on 3/6/16.

A: Moderately hazy gold. A good amount of visible carbonation leads to a finger’s worth of white head, but that fades quickly.

S: Lactic acid tartness, lime, citric acid. A touch of salinity and minerals. Light cracker malt body, and maybe just a bit of funk.

T: Follows the nose – lactic bite and lime. Citric acid and lactic tartness. Residual salt – a bigger salinity than comes across with their regular gose, but not in a bad way. Light crisp cracker malt body. A salty lime puckering tartness lasts for a few beats after swallow.

M: Light crisp body, no alcohol presence. Lots of good carbonation sensation.

O: I really liked this one. A nice improvement on their base gose, which didn't need much improvement to it anyway. Only complaint is that if there's mint in here to mimic the mojito, I sure didn't taste it. But otherwise good.

A - Pours a semi-opaque golden body with a fizzy paper white one finger head.

S - I'm picking up the standard salty base with a lime tone to it. The additions of mint and lime are really hard to pickup on the nose.

T - Delicious salty gose base and with mint/lime addition it added a certain amount of complexity to it. Light tartness throughout and really gets you on the finish. The lime really pops are the beer warms, it's really quite refreshing.

F - Light bodied and medium to high carbonation. It has a really dry finish.

O - It's a very drinkable gose that stays true to the style and the mint/lime definitely compliment it.
