From a 16oz can, undated. Purchased at the brewery 06/29/22. Served in a tulip.
Pours a thick and viscous raspberry sludge with a little fizzy pink foam which is gone before I can put the can down.
Nose is as advertised: sherbet. Aromas of pineapple and raspberry.
Taste is sugary-sweet and fruity with a strong floral character. Contrary to the nose, tasting predominantly orange zest upfront, strong raspberry throughout and then sort of feeling around for the pineapple. Sugar and lime… pixy stix! and a powerful flowery vapor in the sinuses.
Feel is thick and sludgy, gritty, full bodied with minimal carbonation. An acidic smolder in the gullet.
Overall, nothing remotely beer-like about it. Tasty and fun, and I feel a little ashamed of myself for enjoying it as much as I did.

Poured from a 32oz crowler into an angry chair glass.
Pours a cloudy maroon body with a big fizzy white head that reduces quickly leaving little retention.
Aromas of raspberry and blueberry purée, tart berries and lactic sourness maybe a bit of citrus.
Tastes like melted sherbet! The taste matches the label so I’ll give it points for that. Not getting a lot of pineapple but definitely the raspberry and some citrus in the background. Slightly grainy on the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is fantastic - light and refreshing as a Berliner should be.
This is a great representation of the style without the typical kettle soured diacetyl taste, very easy to drink and perfect for a hot day.

Thanks to Todes for hooking me up with this bottle! Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Poured from a 750 mL bottle into an El Catador Barrel-Aged glass.
A: Hazy to turbid orangish gold. Forms a two-finger white foamy head that fades fairly quickly. A good amount of visible carbonation - not a huge blush of carbonation at first, but there’s a long-lasting steady stream of bubbles up the sides and right through the center of the glass.
S: Lactic tart, lemon-lime citrus, and citric acid. Tropical fruits – pineapple, I guess, over a bit of underripe berry. A mild funk lurks under the light cracker malts. A nice aroma – it really does smell like you remember.
T: Lactic tart and citric acid again...I get mostly lime with a milder lemony bite. Some pineapple and accompanying acid. I'm not picking up much if any raspberry or strawberry here. Maybe a bit of tart raspberries as it sits and warms a bit. Light cracker malts underpinning. A dry lime citric acid and Lactobacillus tart in the hang. NOTE: I do think the raspberry flavors get more noticeable as the beer warms some.
M: A light body with good carbonation sensation for style. Minimal if any alcohol presence.
O: Tasty enough for sure, and with the power of suggestion it raises the reminiscence of rainbow sherbet. But it’s not a humongous difference from the (also excellent) Mojito Gose. But quite appealing and tasty and “Florida”.

On draft at Angry Chair. Served in a snifter glass. Pours a murky, pulpy watermelon-like colour, one finger white head, short retention. Not much lacing. Smell is berry, lactose, a bit of salt, lactic acid, a bit more fruit. Bits of orange and lemon as well. Interesting. Tons of fruit. Flavour follows, tons of fruit, a bit of lactic acid, pretty much following the rainbow. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, pulpy and creamy, nice body which doesn't quite make it to daiquiri level, thankfully.
