L - pours a golden orange yellow with misty haze. Nothing to cloudy, but maybe a light Shenzhen haze on a good day in China.
S - malts and earth. Caramel and deep-rooted orange. Slight vanilla and oak.
T - west coast zest. Rich, fruity hop flavors and sweet malty pine. Hint of bubblegum and resinous mango. Sweet and candied, but also grassy. Balanced by numbing hoppiness.
F - one of the better parts of this brew. Thick and creamy with a vibe far stronger than the ABV suggests.
O - it's a typical west coast IPA in many ways, but feels more robust and rich. Good body and strong, commanding flavors.

Had this on tap at Speakeasy in Grants Pass. Tasted great and would buy in stores if available.

IBU: 70
A fresh hop Northwest I.P.A.
Moderate, creamy white head. Medium gold, with the slightest orange/amber tint. Really light level of a tiny bit fruity and floral hops, along with medium toasted caramel malt, for the taste. Bracing, crisp, lemon/tangerine peel, along with moderate amount of medium light toasted barley malt.

On-tap in Boise ID; serves clear gold with a minor off-white cap of head and no lacing...lots of West Coast impressions of pink grapefruit and floral/pine, as well as a solid malt backbone that lends some significant bready sweetness. Overall very balanced though it can be both hoppy and malty at times. Big enough to remind you it isn't low abv, but not huge either. Medium/lower bitterness.

Poured from the can into a standard pint glass.
A: golden hue with a quickly dissolving white head that compacts too quickly. Slightly chill hazed.
S: Tropical notes of underripe stonefruit, light malt backbone presents on second sniff.
T: Bitter. Mosaic? definitely layered with new hops and stiff NW bittering hops. Grapefruit. Refreshing take on style.
M: Super slick on uptake. medium bodied, sprightly carbonation and a nice dry finish. Dry.
O: Have one then switch to water and a few juicy bits of food. Super nice and big, but it can fatigue the palate quickly. It is a solid good 6r when I am in Bend.

L: mid-amber srm 15. A well-defined pure white head long retained.
S: Grapefruit, orange candy. Backed by wet soil and lighted with lemony zest. Deep subdued dank.
T: Strong bitters followed by orange marmalade and then rounds out. Rather sweet like honey on dark bread.
F: The 7abv is more felt than tasted. A thicker ipa through and through shocking the tongue and mouth.
There are better "campfire" ipas out there. Mosquito does not focus on any one element and drinks rather dull. Not bad, but unenthusiastic.

Nothing crazy but a nice relaxing drink from a day along the beach.

Look: Slightly opaque bright light orange with a lively head that quickly settles to a film, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Grapefruit, orange, sugar-dusted strawberries, conifer sap, freshly baked bread, Cannabis, and raw bread dough
Taste: Conifer sap (pine, fir, and spruce) and citrus fruits hit hard out of the gate and occasionally joined by waves of berries and dank. Raw bread dough comes through in the middle and the citrus/conifer hops regain momentum and lead to the close
Mouthfeel: Full, medium-high carbonation, a little slick, and a medium-strong hop bite along with moderate dryness on the finish
Overall: I dig it. This beer is tasty and a nice, well-made old schoolish WCIPA that gets turns in my beer fridge on and off all year. This was the first beer by these folks that I tried and it’s still a winner in my book, even though Rippin is my favorite of their offerings. Into WCIPA’s? Give this a shot

12oz can dated 12/17/20 and served in a pint glass. Bright, golden color, very slight haze. Frothy white head. Classic evergreen aroma. Classic pine sap West coast IPA bitterness, too. Woodsy -- fir and spruce. For 7.0% ABV and 70 IBU the balance is really good. Really clean and drinkable.

Light golden and clear for the pour, a nice looking ale after a dozen or so hazy/murky offerings. Nose of piney and forest floor earthiness. Not exceptionally bitter, well into the IPA camp. Long and lingering aftertaste. Good carbonation and feel. Midrange ABV which is well in the background. Good as any, better'n some.

One of my local faves especially on tap. Just a delightful West Coast IPA with a refeshing balance of bitterness and slight maltiness.
