L - 2-finger offwhite head atop a dirty yellow body.

S - herb, sweet orange, grapefruit.

T - bright citrus, sweet orange, followed by huge vegetal hops. Cabbage, turnip, dirt, crusty brown bread, all soaked in alcohol. Moderate bitterness. Low sweetness. Moderate booziness.

F - medium body and carb.

O - love the initial taste, but vegetal city after that.

Poured into a pint glass. Canned 22 days ago.
Look: a hazy bright golden color with a medium sized white head. Good staying power.
Aroma: a jolt of tropical fruit straight from the can. A whiff brought a mix of berries and pine resin. Medium in intensity.
Taste: a mix of oranges, berries, mango, and pine. The flavors really played well together. Dry bready malt backbone that stayed out of the way. A slight alcohol sweetness and warmth on the finish.
Feel: prickly carbonation and medium-bodied. Not as light as the top NEIPAs.
Overall: outstanding. Definitely recommended. Thanks JBowen Georgia!

Thanks to Ravenforbeer, canned 4/02/18
Pours a large fluffy foamy 1.5 finger head that fades at a med to slower pace, frothy lacing, very hazy lemony-orange color

Nose is a little different, a bit lemony citrus, unripe orange, a bit of generic tropical, lemon cake batter, mango skin, little pith, a touch of pine sap and onion way in the background

Taste brings plenty of fruit, juicy citrus, a little clementine young green orange, mango skin and some generic tropical notes, turning a bit spicy and little dank slight oniony vegetal mosaic but barely, a touch of orange juice and pulp, a bit of a lemony thing too. Drier finish, touch of perfumey alcohol later, spicy hops and fair bitterness.

Mouth is med bod, a bit soft and creamy but not much, nice carbonation, a bit of warming alcohol but not a ton

Overall it's OK, nothing too special, mosaic brings a bit of the unpleasant notes but not much, decent fruits and decent beer but doesn't really measure up to the ones we get around here

Thanks to JLindros for hooking me up with a can of this. Canned on 4/2/18 I think.

A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a slightly hazy golden hue with a two finger white head that fades slowly to leave a thin wispy blanket.

S - Aromas of strong alcohol fumes, fair amount of mosaic hops going on, decent vegative notes. Maybe some light flashes of citrus/orange peel.

T - Taste is similar to the nose. Loads of earthy, almost dirty, vegative hops. Little bit of onion. Some flashes of citrus peel, maybe a little bit of dankness. Finish has some slight alcohol numbness going on.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, little fluffy.

O - Overall this was a super disappointing beer. Really, really vegative.

I have made a local sampling of reviews of this beer because I think it is the most excited I have been about a beer since Lagunitas released Brown sugga'. Everyone says the same thing. Best beer I have had in years! It super balanced with not so subtle citrus and passion fruit notes. Great mouth feel and a sexy cloudy appearance in the glass. Not much of a head to speak of, but that is great, cus you just want to drink it like water.
It may be me. IDK. It hits all my senses! But every beer store employee and friend i know that trys it is hooked. That includes a buddy that is a german guy and isnt into the hoppy IPA's. Admittedly, if you are wanting that grassy field.. this isnt it. But at 8 abv it goes down quick and sneaks up on you! Hope you like it, too!

Canned 3/19. Poured 4/23. Solid A beer shelfie. Especially for Atlanta’s offering in the style. Along the lines of a NEIPA, this is hop juice. The mosaic is pretty dominant here, w/ that blueberry note. Tropical hops used seem to be a little muddled and dialed back on the hop punch. Low bitterness. There’s something I can’t put my finger on with this beer tho. I think it has too many sweet malts (crystal/honey) used that overpower everything else which makes this taste sweeter wth a malty sweetness. If that was dialed back, this would be more balanced. This is a good go to IPA.

3-10-18 from can

This is a frustrating beer to review - first, the beer looks great if you're into the hazy style; big swirling OJish monster, that has me licking my lips; then comes the taste, it's just slightly off: muddled mango (?) without any real hop pop, or funk factor. Certainly not bad, the taste just doesn't quite fit the look. I'd like to try this fresh on tap at the brewery and see if it helps, but right now this isn't in the upper echelon of hazy ipas.

L - Cloudy, unfiltered, hazy, brownish yellow. Gorgeous.

S - Fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh hops

T - Big juicy citrus flavors, subtle bitterness. Oranges. Excellent!

F - Medium body and carbonation. Slick.

O - An amazing juicy, tasty, big bodied IPA. Well done Cherry Street

Poured from a 16 oz. can into my Bruery snifter. Canned on 1/29.

Look: Hazy and opaque faded gold. Decent 1 finger of head recedes back to a very thin head but very nice lacing.

Smell: Smells really nice. Lots of tropical notes. Passionfruit, primarily orange-y citrus notes. Some chalky, sweet caramel notes. Mostly citrus and passionfruit forward.

Taste: Grapefruit, pine, orange juice. Some passionfruit on the back end. Mostly tastes like orange juice.

Feel: Medium bodied. Goes down pretty easy for the ABV.

Overall: Seems one dimensional and trendy, but I still enjoy this beer overall. Wish it tasted as good as it smelled. The mouth-feel is kind of thin.

16oz can from Charlie’s II (Woodstock, GA). 13.99/ 4 pack. Canned 11/27/17. Served in a Barrel and Barley teku. Enjoyed 1/2/18.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with two fingers of fluffy white head. The froth settles to a modest haze and full halo, leaving a good bit of patchy lacing.

Smells juicy with notes of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and a subtle malty sweetness.

The flavor is slightly more bitter than the nose foretold but still quite tasty. Grapefruit, lemon zest, passion fruit, orange, pine, grass and a little bit of crackery malt.

Medium body with moderate carbonation. Citrus peel, passion fruit and grass linger in the lightly bitter finish.

I’ve long been a fan of Cherry Street’s hoppy offerings so it’s great to see some make it into cans. A solid double IPA with great aroma. I look forward to seeing much more in the future.

This is a bangin IPA, it's got some really nice fruit notes but also some sweeter toffee or maybe caramel notes as well. Not too much sweetness though. And just enough bitterness to give it a nice balance.
