Notes:
Holidayfan is an amped up version of Codename: Superfan. We dialed the ABV up to 10%, hopped at a rate of 6.5lbs/barrel, and tripled the Citra in the dry hop to create a super juicy hop bomb.

Hazy, golden with a thin just offwhite head, this brew looks nice. Big citra based OJ nose on this beer and I’m loving it. Potent fruity flavor that goes a long way to mask most of the alcohol and just a light bitterness in the malt based finish. Medium in feel with slight carbonation. Decent stuff

A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass and a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of gooseberries along with notes of lychee.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink, especially for an IPA that is 10% abv.

Picked up a 12 oz single from the Kings Beer & Wine cooler 12-18-19 for $3.39. Canned on 11-27-19; consumed 1-15-20.
Beer poured a cloudy orange with a nice white head that is leaving some lacing behind.
Nose is orange, gooseberry, and pine.
Taste is a very nice combo of gooseberry, orange, mango over a huge yet light malt base. Finishes with a nice pine bitterness; 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and very refreshing for a triple IPA.
Overall a very nice enjoyable triple, would have again!

Thanks, Nick!
Was lucky enough to get a bunch of awesome brews from Nick. Started with this one as it was one of the most interesting ones to me. Most of my Untappd friends loved it and I hope I do too.
Poured a light-to-medium yellow hazy color with two fingers of frothy white head. Lots of bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. Outstanding spiderweb lacing. Excellent lacing. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled orange juice, orange blossom, orange creamscicle, mandarin, stone fruit, floral, Citra and candied sugary spoiled fruit. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste was a much better version of the nose, getting orange juice, orange blossom, stone fruit, Citra, Centennial, mandarin, mango juice, pineapple, nectarine and orange marmalade. 10 percent ABV my ass. (Taste - 4.50)
Light-to-medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Long juicy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Really liked this one, especially for the NE style. Would have this again for sure. (Overall - 4.25)

Pours a very hazy, glowing golden orange color with a finger of off-white head. Looks awesome in the glass.
Aroma is full of saturated juicy tropical and stone fruits. Get pineapple, mango, papaya, peach, and nectarine; all very ripe and juicy. Get some lighter candied grapefruit, tangerine, and herbaceous dank notes as well. Very sugary sweet with a light bready malt coming through to balance it out. Get that juicy fruit bubblegum note from the yeast to enhance the juicy quality of the aroma.
Taste follows the nose well. Up front you are hit with tons of sweet, overly-ripe fruits: peach, nectarine, pineapple, mango, and papaya are all there. Some slight bready malt is there too, especially in the middle and finish. As you get into the finish, some candied citrus like grapefruit and tangerine creep in to join the aforementioned flavors. Slight semi-dry finish with a ever-so-slight rush of pine resin and "green" dank bitterness. Lots of residual peach, mango, and pineapple sweetness hang around. The booze does kick in on the backend.
Medium body. A little under carbonated, but still creamy and slightly soft.
This is a pretty decent attempt at a NE style tripe IPA. Definitely does a great job showing off the juicy fruit flavors and aromas, but is a little rough around the edges in terms of hiding the booze and the mouthfeel. Glad I was able to try this one.
